Vedavarta (OPC) Private Limited ("Astrodarbaar", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use astrodarbaar.com and our mobile apps, and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Mobile number, name, email (optional) - to create your account and send order updates.
Delivery address - to ship your order.
Order and payment status - card/UPI details are handled by Razorpay; we never store card numbers or UPI PINs.
Device and usage data (cookies, analytics) - to keep the site working and improve it.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, send OTPs and order notifications (SMS/WhatsApp/email), provide support, prevent fraud and comply with tax laws (GST invoices must be retained for the legal period).

Sharing

We share the minimum required data with: our payment gateway (Razorpay), courier partners (name, address, phone), SMS/WhatsApp/email providers, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to privacy@astrodarbaar.com. We respond within 30 days. Some data (invoices) must be kept as required by law.

Security and retention

Data is stored on secured servers in India (AWS Mumbai) and kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.
