We ship across India through trusted courier partners. All shipments are insured.

Charges

Free shipping on orders above Rs 999. A flat Rs 60 applies below that.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days depending on your pincode. Navratri/Diwali periods may see delays.

Tracking

You receive tracking details by SMS/WhatsApp and on the order page.

Delivery attempts

Please keep your phone reachable. If delivery fails repeatedly the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to re-ship (extra shipping may apply) or refund.

Premium items

High-value items are packed in tamper-proof packaging. Please record a video while opening the parcel; it helps us process any damage claim quickly.
