How we work
- Honest listings - every product page states weight (carat / ratti), country of origin, and whether the stone is natural or treated.
- Certificates - premium stones list their laboratory certificate details on the product page.
- One-of-a-kind pieces - premium stones are photographed individually and removed from the shop once sold.
- Fair pricing - the price you see includes GST; there are no hidden charges at checkout. Shipping is free above ₹999.
- Careful delivery - insured, tracked shipping with tamper-proof packaging. See our shipping policy.
- Simple returns - damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded. See our refund policy.
